This report, published in 2014, presents the results of a national survey of Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCGs). It provides information about the systems and approaches used, and includes learning and experiences gained.
The systems support the co-ordination and the delivery of care and is useful for those implementing or planning local EPaCCS.
