1. Information: 2017 to 2018 academy revenue funding allocations
We’ve started to upload academy funding allocations for 2017 to 2018 to EFA Information Exchange. We expect to upload the majority of allocations by the end of February. We’ll upload all allocations to academies that opened before or on 1 January 2017 by the end of March 2017.
For academies with sixth-forms, the detail of your post-16 allocation will, as usual, be set out in your separate post-16 allocation statement.
We’re uploading all pre- and post-16 allocation statements to the Document Exchange ‘revenue funding’ folder, under ‘AY 2017-18 (2017/18)’. You can access Document Exchange by logging into EFA Information Exchange, and choosing the Document Exchange tab at the top of the page.

We’ve published a range of information about academy revenue funding allocations to support your funding allocation. For academies with sixth-forms, we’ve also published explanatory notes to support your post-16 funding allocation. You also have your post-16 allocation calculation toolkit and guidance to help you understand the data we have used.
For post-16 funding allocations, we’ll consider business cases where there is a significant error in the data you have returned. The deadline for business cases is 7 April. We’ll apply standard minimum thresholds to decide whether we’ll consider your case. Please review the thresholds published in the supporting information before submitting your business case.

2. Information: updated 2016 to 2017 pupil number adjustment (PNA)
Academies that are funded on estimated pupil numbers can find updated information about the annual pupil number adjustment (PNA) exercise. This includes a timetable of the main points in the estimate funding cycle.
As in previous years, it also includes a link to the PNA calculator tool (updated for 2016 to 2017) which academies can use to estimate their own adjustments.
