This report explains the Independent Case Examiner’s (ICE’s) work on Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) complaints received between 1 April 2025 and 31 March 2026.

If a complainant is unhappy with the final response from DWP, they can ask the Independent Case Examiner to investigate their complaint.
