UK Visas and Immigration guidance for staff on transferring asylum claimants into and out of the UK where responsibility for examining an asylum claim lies with the UK or with another EU member state or associated state.

It also covers the policy for making a request to another Dublin State or when another Dublin State makes a formal request to the UK to take responsibility for an asylum claimant who is in that state under the terms of the Dublin III Regulation.
