We are requesting feedback on a draft Marine Navigation Bill and a range of proposed measures to:

• reinforce the port marine safety code
• improve the management of the General Lighthouse Fund and the powers of the General Lighthouse Authorities
• enable the ratification of the International Convention on the Removal of Wrecks 2007
