on findings pursuant to Sections 26(1)(b), 26(1)(c)(iii), 26(1)(e), 26(1)(f) and 26(1)(h) of the Goods Vehicles (Licensing of Operators) Act 1995, the restricted goods vehicle operator’s licence of South Manchester Scaffolding Ltd OC2040949 is revoked with effect from 12 December 2023.

South Manchester Scaffolding Ltd is disqualified from holding or obtaining any type of operator’s licence in any traffic area, with effect from 12 December 2023 for 12 months until 12 December 2024, pursuant to pursuant to Section 28 (1), (4) and (5) of the Act.
