The Deputy Traffic Commissioner for North Eastern England decided:

  • the Standard International Goods Vehicle Operator Licence OB2029551 held by Redline Trackdays Ltd is revoked with effect from 0001 hours on 15 April 2023, pursuant to Section 26(1)(a), (c)(iii), (e), (f) and (h) and Section 27(1)(a) and (b) of the Goods Vehicles (Licensing of Operators) Act 1995 (“the 1995 Act”).

  • Mark Spiby has lost his good repute as a Transport Manager, pursuant to paragraph 1 of Schedule 3 to the 1995 Act. Under paragraph 16 of that Schedule, he is disqualified from acting as a Transport Manager under any licence for the period of 12 months, until 3 March 2024. Before he can regain his repute he should attend a two-day Transport Manager CPC refresher course.
