DECISION
The Public Passenger Vehicles Act 1981 (as amended) (“the Act”)
The applicant has failed to demonstrate a primary occupation, financial standing, good repute and a suitable operating centre. He therefore fails to satisfy the statutory requirements of Sections 13(3)(b), 14ZB and 14ZC of the Act. The application is refused.
