The Deputy Traffic Commissioner for Eastern England decided:

  • The application is GRANTED for a standard international goods vehicle operator licence with an authorisation of 2 vehicles and 2 trailers pursuant to the Goods Vehicles (Licensing of Operators) Act 1995, section 13A(2)(b) good repute, section 13A(2)(c) financial standing, section 13A(2)(d) professional competence and also pursuant to section 13C and section 13D, subject to payment of the licence fee.

  • The finance undertaking set out at paragraph 50 is also accepted.
