The Traffic Commissioner for Eastern England decided:

  • following adverse findings under sections 26(1)(b), (ca), (e), (f) and (h) and having concluded that the operator no longer has the requisite repute, pursuant to section 13A(2)(b) of the Goods Vehicle (Licensing of Operators) Act 1995, the Operator’s Licence will be revoked under section 27(1)(a) from 23:45 on 20 February 2023.

  • the operator, Leafy Designs Ltd, is disqualified under section 28, from holding or obtaining a said licence for a period of 2 years.

  • the Director Mustak Ahmed Umarji, is disqualified from holding or obtaining an Operator’s Licence for a period of 2 years

  • the Director, Harunbhai Daubhai Valibhai Patel, is disqualified from holding or obtaining an Operator’s Licence for a period of 1 year.

  • Dharmindher Singh is disqualified by reference to paragraph 16 of Schedule 3 of the said Act from relying on his Certificate of Professional Competence for a period of 12 months.

  • drivers: Mustak Ahmed Umarji and Harunbhai Daubhai Valibhai Patel are issued with a final warning in respect of their vocational entitlements
