IGM HAULAGE LTD
Upon findings of loss of good repute, failure to demonstrate financial standing and loss of professional competence pursuant to sections 13A(2)(b), 13A(2)(c), 13A(2)(d) and 13A(3)(a) and also adverse findings made pursuant to section 26(1)(b), section 26(1)(c)(iii), section 26(1)(e) section 26(1)(f), section 26(1)(h) and section 27(1) and Schedule 3(8) of the Goods Vehicle (Licensing of Operators) Act 1995 the Standard National Goods Vehicle Operator Licence OF1144763 IGM HAULAGE LTD IS REVOKED with effect from 23.59 on 13 November 2023.
TRANSPORT MANAGER MARIUS GIURICICI
Upon a finding of loss of good repute pursuant to section 13A(3)(a), section 26 and paragraph 16(2) of Schedule 3 MARIUS GIURICICI is DISQUALIFIED INDEFINITELY from acting as transport manager with effect from 23.59 on 13 November 2023.
Pursuant to paragraph 17(2) of Schedule 3 the rehabilitation measure to be fulfilled would be that MARIUS GIURICICI attends a two day in person transport manager CPC refresher course before consideration is given to the restoration of his good repute and the variation or cancellation of the disqualification pursuant to paragraph 17(1) of Schedule 3.
