The Traffic Commissioner for Scotland decided:

pursuant to an adverse finding in terms of section 27(1)(a), of the Good Vehicles (Licensing of Operators) Act 1995 (the 1995 Act) operator’s licence OM2018616 is revoked with effect from 23:59 hours on 25 May 2023.

Hail Transport Limited is disqualified from holding an operator’s licence for an indefinite period with effect from 23:59 hours on 25 May 2023.

Mr Allister Cathers is disqualified from holding an operator’s licence for an indefinite period with effect from 23:59 hours on 25 May 2023. An order in terms of section 28(4) of the 1995 Act is made.

Mr Allister Cathers has lost his repute as a transport manager. He is disqualified from acting as a transport manager for an indefinite period.
