The Deputy Traffic Commissioner for Eastern England decided:
- Upon findings of loss of good repute, failure to demonstrate financial standing and loss of professional competence pursuant to sections 13A(2)(b), 13A(2)(c), 13A(2)(d) and 13A(3)(a) and also adverse findings made pursuant to section 26(1)(b), section 26(1)(c) section 26(1)(ca) section 26(1)(f), section 26(1)(e) and section 27(1), Schedule 3(8) of the Goods Vehicle (Licensing of Operators) Act 1995 and Article 3 of Regulation (EC) No 1071/2009 the Standard National Goods Vehicle Operator Licence OF0230984 GREGORY AND DAVIS TRANSPORT LTD IS REVOKED with effect from 23.59 on 28 February 2023.
