The Deputy Traffic Commissioner for Eastern England decided:

Upon reviewing the continuation of the operator’s licence under Section 30 of the Goods Vehicles (Licensing of Operators) Act 1995, I am attaching – pursuant to Section 32 of the 1995 Act – five conditions pertaining to the continued use of the operating centre at Old Station House, Great North Road, Stibbington PE8 6LR.
