The Deputy Traffic Commissioner for North Eastern England decided:
Operator:
On findings made in accordance with Section 26 (1) (c) (iii), (e), (f) and (h) and Section 27 (1) (a) (in respect of lack of good repute and professional competence) of the Goods Vehicles (Licensing of Operators) Act 1995:

this operator’s licence is revoked with effect from 23:45 hours on 10 February 2023.

Gabriel Alexa is disqualified from holding an Operator’s Licence for a period of 12 months from the point of revocation.

I extend a period of grace (POG) required for the continued operation of this licence without professional competence until its revocation.

the application to add Gabriel Alexa to this operator’s licence as a Transport Manager (TM) is refused. The application does not meet the requirements of Article 8 of Regulation (EC) No. 1071/2009, in particular, Article 8 (2) thereof.
