The Deputy Traffic Commissioner for Scotland decided:

  • the Operator no longer is of good repute in terms of 13A(2)(b) of the Goods Vehicles (Licensing of Operators) Act 1995 and accordingly the Operator Licence will be revoked in terms of section 27 of the 1995 Act with effect from 23:59 31 July 2023.

  • the Transport Manager, Jane Leith, retains her good repute.
