You need to be registered with the DBS to submit applications and order new forms.

When a DBS check application has been submitted you can use the multiple online tracking service to track several DBS applications at once and order new, blank application forms.

Continuation sheets can be downloaded from this website. If an applicant has an unusual address read our guidelines to find out what to do.

  1. A previous change referenced that those who have contact with children remotely from their own home, for example remote teaching, are eligible for home-based checks. The guidance has been changed to reflect that in scenarios where an individual has contact remotely, they do not meet the criteria for a home-based check.
