Respond by 5 October 2012. Welsh language summary version of URN 12/937, a consultation on the supply of goods, services and digital content. Seeks views on changes to overhaul the core consumer rights in relation to faulty goods and poor services, and update the law to clarify rights on digital content. The government aims to provide a simple consumer law framework that consumers and businesses can apply by themselves without having to resort to legal professionals or an arbitration process.
