Details
Use this form if you, or someone acting for you, have a question about a CS application, agreement or claim you have made.
You can also use this form if you have been told you will not get a payment.
Read the rules for the scheme before you fill in the form. Then send the form to the Rural Payments Agency (RPA) by email or post.
If you’re sending more than one form by email, use a separate email for each form.
How to submit a query about your application, agreement or payment
You can use the Rural Payments service to raise a query about your application, agreement or payment. Sign in to the Rural Payments service and select ‘Create or view a query’ to raise a new query.
Or use the CS query form if you:
- think your CS payment is wrong
- disagree with your payment calculation
- need to send RPA more evidence or information about a query you have already raised
- disagree with an email you have received about a CS application, agreement or claim
- disagree with our decision to reject your CS application or claim
Do not use this form to query anything other than the CS information.
If you have any of these queries email or write to RPA using the contact details below.
How to fill in this form

After you’ve submitted the form
We will respond once we have reviewed your query in full.
If we find that we do not need to take any further action, we will explain why. If we need to take further action, we will confirm what we’ve done and the effect this has had on your original query.
If you have another query that you have not already told RPA about, fill in and submit a new query form.
