The Environment Agency has received an application to vary (change) an environmental permit under the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2016 from Hill Demolition LLP.
The proposed variation does not involve substantial change.

The variation will add hazardous waste treatment of coal tar containing waste, and separation of oil interceptor waste into its oil, water, and silt components, under a 1.16.13 Physical treatment of hazardous waste activity. Increase the annual site waste tonnage to 125,000 tonnes. Add additional waste types to those accepted at the site including liquid wastes.
