Climate Change Levy (CCL) is a tax on the supply of some energy products used as fuel by business customers.

Use this form if you’re an energy or fuel supplier and want to send instructions to your bank or building society so you can pay CCL by Direct Debit.

Email HMRC to ask for this form in Welsh (Cymraeg).

   The 'Climate change levy: instruction to your bank or building society to pay by Direct Debit (CCL15)' form has been updated. You should now send the form to HMRC Payments, HM Revenue and Customs, Floor 6, 1 Atlantic Square, 21 York Street, GLASGOW G2 8HS.
