Details

The Traffic Commissioner made orders to:

  • revoke the operator licence held by Arvind Khokhar t/a City Speed
  • disqualify Arvind Khokhar indefinitely from holding or obtaining any type of operator’s licence in any traffic area
  • disqualify Arvind Khokhar indefinitely from being the director of any company holding or obtaining an operator’s licence
  • disqualify Rajinder Singh Khokhar indefinitely from acting as transport manager under any operator’s licence

The decision was made on 13 March 2018.
