Details

The Deputy Traffic Commissioner made orders to:

  • revoke the operator licence held by Tyre Channel Limited with effect from 00:01 on 31 July 2018

  • disqualify Anup Patel for a period of 6 months, with effect from 00:01 on 31 July 2018, from holding or obtaining an operator’s licence

The decision was made on 3 July 2018.
