If this if your first UK CoC application, please post your application and supporting documents to UK Seafarer Services (Training & Certification), Maritime and Coastguard Agency, Spring Place, 105 Commercial Road, Southampton SO15 1EG. For all other applicants, please email your application and scanned documents to engineering@mcga.gov.uk

It is important that the guidance notes and instructions on pages 8 to 11 are read when completing the application.

MSN 1904 and MIN 642 give additional information.
