Details

We suspend the status of an ACSP if we are investigating, or have asked them to provide more information about their:

  • business or Anti-Money Laundering (AML) supervision
  • filings with Companies House
  • identity verification process (if they have verified someone’s identity for Companies House)

We cease (remove) the status of an ACSP if they:

  • tell us they no longer want to be registered
  • do not comply with legal requirements

This list is updated with any changes every 2 weeks. If an ACSP has been ceased or suspended recently, it could take up to 2 weeks to be added to the list. If there have been no changes to the list, we will not publish an update.
