Decision published on 10 February 2015.

The commission did not register the organisation as it did not consider it is established for exclusively charitable purposes. This included having considered whether the sport of target shooting promotes health. The commission was not satisfied that there was sufficient evidence of the benefit to health through participation in the recreational activity or the sport of target shooting.
