Details

Results of surveys of UK companies focusing on:

• how the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic affected business travel
• the expected level of travel post-pandemic

The findings will be used in future transport modelling.

A second study of business travel, expanding on this research, was released in September 2025.

Ipsos UK conducted these online surveys with UK business decision-makers for the Department for Transport in January and December 2021.
