Bovine germinal products model health certificates: version history

Updated 31 August 2023

Applies to England, Scotland and Wales

Competent authorities must provide a health certificate to exporters of animals and animal products to Great Britain (England, Scotland and Wales), the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man.

Competent authorities should use the updates below to make changes to health certificates for exporters to ensure they are in line with the current version of the model health certificates.

GBHC003E Bovine semen (semen collection centre) from EU countries Model 1 Section A 2011/630
