This document explains exchanging information between the UK government and the government of Bermuda.

Details
This exchange of notes and technical protocol for sharing beneficial ownership information came into force on 9 April 2016.
The arrangement requires maintaining a central register containing accurate and current information on beneficial ownership for corporate and legal entities incorporated in their jurisdictions.
It also requires each jurisdiction to ensure effective and unrestricted access to this information to the other jurisdiction’s law enforcement and tax authorities.
