UK Visas and Immigration offers a UK-wide Assisted Digital service to support customers who need digital help to complete their immigration application online.
This service does not provide immigration advice.
Assisted Digital is available to customers who do not have the appropriate access, skills or confidence to complete an online immigration application form.
The service is not available to customers applying through the following routes:
- Tier 1 (entrepreneurs/exceptional talent)
- Tier 2 (people working in the UK)
- Tier 4 (people studying in the UK)
Customers applying through the above routes should seek support from their sponsors.
