Our Public Enquiries team

Ofqual’s Public Enquiries team is the first point of contact for anyone with questions about the qualifications, assessments or awarding organisations we regulate.

We recognise that questions can vary in their complexity, sensitivity and level of detail, so if you still have queries, do please speak to a member of the team by phone or email. Call us on 0300 303 3344, or email public.enquiries@ofqual.gov.uk.

Do keep revisiting this page on a regular basis - we plan to add more content if we think it can help to answer questions from callers to our Public Enquiries line.
