     Published new versions of many of the Welsh forms with an updated privacy notice.

  2. 4 September 2023

     Published a new application form, CW1 INQ, for Non-Means Legal Help in an inquest into the death of a family member.

  3. 3 August 2023

     Published new versions of the following forms for phase 1 of the Means Test Review: CIV CAIS1, CIV CAIS3, CIV MODD3, CIV MODD7, CW1, CW1 a 2, CW2(IMM) and CW5. Also published revised guidance for the CIV MODD1 and CIV MODD2.

  4. 13 July 2022

     Published new versions of many of the Welsh forms with an updated privacy notice. Also revised the application for exceptional case funding (SIF GAE1) to make it easier for direct applicants to complete.

  5. 12 January 2022

     Published a new application form, CIV ECF2(INQ), for inquest exceptional case funding.

  6. 24 November 2021

     Published new versions of many of the Welsh forms with an updated privacy notice

  7. 28 January 2021

     Published new versions of some of the Welsh forms to reflect legislation changes to civil eligibility, including additional disregards and the removal of the mortgage cap.

  8. 14 January 2021

     Published new versions of many of the Welsh forms with an updated privacy notice to reflect the position now that we have left the EU.

  9. 5 September 2019

     Addition of controlled work application and billing forms.
