Use this form to request approval for new third parties to be added to your open general trade control maritime anti-piracy licence (OGTCL MA-P) approval letter.

Details

Complete the form to request approval from Export Control Joint Unit (ECJU) for new third parties to access controlled goods owned by your company.

Third parties can include:

  • agents
  • armouries
  • vessel-based armouries’ (VBAs) in-country representatives

You must have approval in advance of access for these organisations or individuals. Once we have approved the third party we will re-issue the approval letter for your OGTCL MA-P. The new third party can then access the controlled goods.

You can also use the form to request authorisation to use a VBA.
