Details

You can use this form to remove:

  • your home address, in most instances when shown elsewhere on the register
  • the day from your date of birth
  • signatures
  • your business occupation

It costs £30 for each document listed in your application.

Before you apply

You’ll need to know which documents contain your personal details. Search for your company on the Companies House register.

Read the guidance on removing your personal details from the Companies House register.

Any reference to ‘company’ also applies to limited liability partnerships (LLPs).

How to pay the fee

You must pay the correct fee using GOV.UK Pay before sending your SR01c application. It costs £30 for each document listed in your application.

Once the payment is complete, you’ll get a payment reference. You must include the payment reference with your SR01c application.

How to send your application

Email your completed SR01c application and the payment reference to dsr@companieshouse.gov.uk

This is the quickest way to register your SR01c application. Our teams will aim to process your application without delay.

We will reject your application if you do not provide the payment reference.

Applying by post

You can also post your completed SR01c application with a cheque or postal order. It usually takes longer to process paper applications sent by post.
