  1. Updated both application form and guidance to delete the following SRs: 2015 No7; 2015 No9; 2015 No11 and 2015 No22.

  2. Updated guidance to add extra references to relevant Schedules in EP regulations and links to other guidance. Revised Appendices for waste treatment activities to relate to revised guidance. Update guidance with text to cover applying for multiple Standard Rules.

  3. This page has been updated by the Environment Agency as a result of the strategic review of charges. The review was consulted on between November 2017 and January 2018. The changes commence from April 2018.
