Use this form to apply for an ADR road vehicle certification test, which allows vehicles to carry dangerous or hazardous goods in bulk on the road.

The ADRIII should be used for:

  • first ADR applications
  • subsequent tests where the ADR category has been changed since a vehicle’s last ADR examination
  • modifications that have been made that invalidate the manufacturer’s initial ADR declarations

The ADRIII(S) should be used for:

  • ADR vehicles and trailers applying for subsequent ADR tests where the ADR category has remained the same since the last ADR examination
  • modifications that have been made to the vehicle or trailer that would invalidate the manufacturer’s initial ADR declarations

Your application will be delayed if you don’t fill in the form correctly or pay the right fee.
