Details

Use form AFS2 if your organisation is already using Business e-services and you want to apply for:

  • our Network Services or
  • our Lender Services or
  • or if your organisation is already using Lender Services and wants to apply to discharge charges for a new lender, complete and send the form returned to the address below with the appropriate agreement(s)

Your existing Variable Direct Debit (VDD) accounts will be available for use with any of these services.

To add another VDD account, complete a Variable Direct Debit application form and mandate.
