Appeal a First-tier Tribunal (Social Entitlement Chamber) decision – for the Infected Blood Compensation Authority: Form UT16
The Infected Blood Compensation Authority can use this form to apply for permission to appeal against a decision from the First-tier Tribunal.

If you are appealing on behalf of yourself or your client, you must not use this form. Use the UT15 form.
You must send documents to the tribunal using the E-Filing service for proceedings:
- that start on or after 4 December 2023
- where a party is either represented by a legal representative, or is a government department, agency or public body
