Appeal an infected blood compensation decision by the First-tier Tribunal (Social Entitlement Chamber): Form UT15

Use this form to apply to the Upper Tribunal for permission to appeal a decision you think is on an error of law made by the First-tier Tribunal in relation to the Infected Blood Compensation Scheme.

Details

If you are appealing on behalf of the Infected Blood Compensation Authority, you must not use this form. Use the UT16 form.

You must send documents to the tribunal using the E-Filing service for proceedings:

  • that start on or after 4 December 2023
  • where a party is either represented by a legal representative, or is a government department, agency or public body
