Details

The data template is for maternity services to submit annual screening programme standards data for the NHS sickle cell and thalassaemia, infectious diseases in pregnancy and fetal anomaly screening programmes.

The antenatal screening programme standards include metrics that assess the screening pathway and help identify improvements.

Please download and complete this version of the data collection template. Once complete, return to england.screeningdata@nhs.net by 17th July 2026.
