Details

Companies that do not belong to a voluntary scheme are subject to a statutory arrangement known as the Health Service Branded Medicines (Control of Prices and Supply of Information) (No. 2) Regulations 2008. The Secretary of State for Health has made an amendment to these regulations which came into force on 1 January 2013.
