Details

The ACMD Chair, Professor Owen Bowden-Jones, and the ACMD’s Technical Committee Chair, Professor Roger Knaggs, write to the Minister of State for Crime, Policing and the Fire Service. They recommend that it would be most appropriate for Epidyolex, a cannabis-based product for medicinal use (CBPM), to be placed in Schedule 5 under the Misuse of Drugs Regulations 2001.
