Detail

Key stage 2 (KS2) exemplification material to support teacher assessment (TA) of each pupil at the end of KS2. This guidance should be used with the 2016 interim TA frameworks.

The exemplification shows examples of pupils’ work at the standards detailed in the interim TA frameworks. There are annotated and unannotated versions available to aid training.

If teachers are confident in their judgements, they do not need to refer to the exemplification materials. The exemplification materials are there to help teachers make their judgements where they want additional guidance.

The interim TA frameworks are for 2015 to 2016 only. The Department for Education is evaluating options for future years.
