You’ll need to check if you can get help from the Extra Support Team before you can contact them. Have your National Insurance number with you before you start.

The Extra Support Team can only help you with questions about:

  • Construction Industry Scheme
  • Horizon Shortfall Scheme
  • National Insurance
  • PAYE
  • Self Assessment
  • Simple Assessment

Contact HMRC using another helpline if:

  • your question is about something else
  • you do not need extra support because of your condition or circumstances
