VMD: Civil Service People Survey 2019
This highlights report provides details of how the Veterinary Medicines Directorate (VMD) performed in the Civil Service People Survey.
The results of the 2019 Civil Service People Survey show that our people rate the VMD highly.
Our engagement index score (the survey’s measure of those areas that most shape our experiences at work) is 65% this year (64% last year). This is +2% on the rest of the Civil Service; a statistically significant difference. It puts us 14th in a group of 106 organisations.
