Details of a product defect recall alert for Nerfasin 20mg/ml Solution for Injection for Cattle, Horses, Dogs and Cats (Vm 19994/4017).
We wish to make wholesalers and veterinary surgeons aware that Le Vet Beheer B.V. has initiated a Class I recall to Veterinary level of Nerfasin 20 mg/ml Solution for Injection for Cattle, Horses, Dogs and Cats. Vm 19994/4017 by Le Vet Beheer B.V.
The reason for the recall is that particulate matter was found in retain samples of the following batches:
