Product defect recall alert for Nerfasin 20 mg/ml Solution for Injection for Cattle, Horses, Dogs and Cats by Le Vet B.V.
We wish to make veterinary surgeons aware that Le Vet B.V. has initiated a Class I recall of all batches of Nerfasin 20 mg/ml Solution for Injection for Cattle, Horses, Dogs and Cats (Vm 19994/4017) with immediate effect.
This recall is due to particulate matter found in retained samples that were previously particle free.
Le Vet Beheer B.V is contacting veterinary surgeons to examine inventory immediately and quarantine products subject to this recall.
