Crime news: duty solicitor CRM12 deadline is 8 July 2016
CRM12 applications to join next duty solicitor rota must be submitted by the deadline.
The deadline to submit CRM12 applications to gain slots on the duty solicitor rota is 23.59 on 8 July 2016.
This deadline is for rotas running from 1 October 2016 to 31 March 2017.
Providers who have not previously submitted a CRM12 will need to provide a copy of the Criminal Litigation Accreditation Scheme (CLAS) certificate. This should be sent with their CRM12.
Remember to notify us before 8 July 2016 if a duty solicitor has given formal notice of ending their employment.
Late applications will not be accepted.
