Apply for more duty slots

You will only need to complete and send us a CRM12 application for new duty solicitors or duty solicitors who have just joined your firm.

Fill in the CRM12 for newly qualified duty solicitors by the deadline - usually 2 months before the rota starts. New rota slots will then be allocated.

If this is your first CRM12 application, it must be supported by a Criminal Litigation Accreditation Scheme certificate from the Law Society.
