Crime news: 2010 standard crime contract schedules
Automated emails being sent to providers about new schedules.
New 2010 standard crime contract schedules were uploaded into providers’ contracted work and administration (CWA) accounts during the period Tuesday 21 to Thursday 23 October 2014.
The new schedules run from 1 October 2014 to 30 June 2015, and support the extension of the 2010 standard crime contract until 30 June 2015.
Notification of upload
Providers should receive an automated email from CWA when their new schedule has been uploaded.
Following receipt of this email, they should then able to view their October schedule and submit their October claims up until 20 November 2014.
Updates
Providers with 2010 standard crime contracts will receive further communications in the week beginning 27 October 2014 to confirm:
- availability of the October schedule
- new applicable schedule reference number
